Everyone you meet from Hong Kong shares the same sense of pride and love for their city. MUUN (meaning door in Cantonese) is an online portal and book exploring nostalgia and elements within that.

The website was built to be an immersive experience and to transport the viewer with a combination of audio and visual material. The book is a more personal and reflective project, but with hidden elements to engage with its reader and to encourage their self reflection and thoughts. Both elements of MUUN are designed to facilitate and encourage the viewer to immerse themselves in it and hopefully uncover childhood memories whilst discovering more about Hong Kong.

There is created space for the readers to inhabit within both projects, sharing nostalgia for Hong Kong but also elements of their own experiences and sharing them as well.
